Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer free shipping to meet your needs:

  • United States, Canada: 5–8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
  • Europe: 5–8 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 7–10 business days
  • International: 7–10 business days

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Shipping times do not include delays due to customs processing. Vaultrys is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping times exclude potential delays at customs.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties. These fees are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, all brokerage/customs/duty/tax charges, and any return shipping fees will not be refunded. Shipping times exclude customs delays. Vaultrys is not liable for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs clearance.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service at support@vaultrys.com within 30 days of your order date or 7 days from the delivery date.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Vaultrys is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
